TUITION POLICY FOR THE 2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR
At Prishtina High School, in partnership with the Oasis International Schools network, we continue our commitment to providing a high-quality American-style education on an international scale. We prioritize the development of our programs, investment in educators, and the best learning opportunities for our students. Our goal is to ensure that every child benefits from experienced teachers and educational resources.
Prishtina High School and Oasis International Schools operate as non-profit NGOs, meaning that all tuition costs are reinvested into enhancing your child’s education.
Services covered in the payment under this contract include access to all instructional material, including books, electronic books, printed material, calculators, computer lab, gym, fitness room, soccer field, student lockers. Other services within this contract also include letters of attestation, recommendation letters, assistance and guidance for universities in Kosova and abroad as well as the one-time issuance of diplomas and transcripts.

Additional Fees
Here at PHS, we provide the best education with the resources available. However, in order to extend learning outcomes for students beyond the basic educational program, we will have to introduce some fees that will help us cover these additional investments in education. These fees are mandatory for each student enrolled at PHS.

In accordance with the School Board Fees Order, supplemental fees are charged for goods and services associated with instructional technology resources that extend learning outcomes for students beyond the basic educational program. The IT fee applies towards our One-to-One Laptop Program. Each high school student is issued a computer to use both during and after school, and provide 24/7 access to learning. Each student in grades 1-8 is given access to a computer while in classroom. Additionally, we are expanding our Science Labs, Map Testing, Library resources, and RenWeb access.
Capital Fees: funds collected by the school for Capital Expenditures.
- Capital Expenditures: expenses incurred for the purchase of land, construction, building maintenance, and equipment. These expenses include but are not limited to furnishings, learning materials, equipment, etc.
Registration Fee: the registration fee is a fee for the purpose of fully completing the documents with the admissions office and enrolling your child at Prishtina High School.
DESIGNATED TUITION DONATIONS
Individuals and businesses may designate a tuition payment for a particular student.
The student receiving the donation is expected to write periodic updates to the donor, and the school is authorized to give the donor pertinent information about the student’s academic and behavioral status.
EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNTS
Prishtina High School is offering early payment discount options for the 2025-2026 school year for full prepayment.
These options are described below:
• Full prepayment in March will equal a 6 percent discount
• Full prepayment in April will equal a 4 percent discount
• Full prepayment in May will equal a 3 percent discount
DEPOSIT FOR 2025 – 2026
Notice: due to increased enrollment demand, a non-refundable deposit of €500 is required by March 31, 2025, to secure a student’s place. This amount will be deducted from the first tuition installment. Enrollment is not finalized until all required documents are submitted and the contract is signed.
LATE FEES
I. Late registration: A 10% late fee is added for if the student registers after the 15th day of school.
II. Overdue invoice: A 10% late fee is added to the tuition invoice if the account is past due for 30 days or more.
III. If tuition payment has not been received 30 days after the invoice due date, the student will not be able to attend classes until full payment of the tuition invoice.
