After School Activities
Athletics-The PHS Athletics program is committed to providing our students with a high-quality athletic experience. An appreciation of athletics and physical exercise, as well as development of sportsmanship and teamwork skills, are among the principal goals of the athletics program. The program consists of competitive and recreational sports offered throughout the year.
Elementary, Middle and High School students all have the opportunity to join football/soccer, volleyball and basketball teams that compete in intramural and extramural games and in multi-school tournaments.
In past years, PHS has fielded separate boys and girls teams at the High School and Middle School for basketball and soccer/football, and girls teams at the High School and Middle School level for volleyball.

Drama- Drama and Arts Club is included in club-time and it is designed to help students explore the dramatic arts while developing confidence, creativity and important life skills.
Students participate in drama games to develop confidence through the growth of acting skills and promote teamwork and mutual respect. Physical theater, improvisation, and mime are used to tell stories and help students to think creatively.
In past years, participation in Drama and Arts Club at PHS has involved creating and staging theatrical plays, holding talent shows, conducting in-school art exhibitions, and organizing dance exhibitions.
In 2015-16, the PHS Drama and Arts Club culminated the year by staging a novel production of Thorton Wilder’s three-act play, “The Skin of Our Teeth” at Teatri Dodona in downtown Prishtina. In 2017 they performed the Shakespear’s play, “Midsummer Night’s Dream”. The student actors performed before a packed house under the direction of our Middle school and High school Art teacher, Arijeta Ajeti.
